Growing Vegetables

Tomatoes

I prefer growing cherry tomatoes as they are easy to grow and they are simply delicious.

Plant your seedlings at the end of Winter in large pots or erect a wire fence around each plant (1m high by 0.5m wide) and water once or twice weekly. Try to vary where you plant them each year or replace the soil entirely each year.

Keep an eye on your cherry tomato plants as they tend to take over a garden.

Tomatoes make good companions to parsley and carrots.
