Tummy Upsets

    NAUSEA

  • Mint (Not to be given to children under 3 years and pregnant and breastfeeding mothers) -This herb is a lifesaver when it comes to treating nausea and vomiting.

    For nausea and vomiting drink a cup of mint tea 3 times a day.

    Make the tea by adding 1 cup of boiling water to a quarter cup of crushed mint leaves. Let it steep, strain the tea and enjoy!


  • Ginger - Ginger again is good when it comes to treating nausea and diarrhoea.

    Sip ginger tea sweetened with honey and chew the fresh ginger in the tea, to help ease nausea.

    To make the tea, add 1 cup of boiling water to 3 teaspoons of thinly sliced fresh ginger, let it steep, sweeten with honey and enjoy!


    CRAMPS


  • Dill - To help ease cramps and indigestion, drink a cup of dill tea.

    Make the tea by adding a cup of boiling water to a quarter cup fresh dill leaves, let it steep, strain and enjoy!
