Colds and Flu

  • Eucalyptus - You can buy eucalyptus oil from most chemists, place a few drops in a bowl of boiling water and breath deeply over the steam with a towel covering your head.

  • Tea-tree - crush the fresh tea tree leaves and inhale the fresh scent to help open a blocked nose.

    BOOST IMMUNE (Anti-viral)

  • Echinacea - Echinacea drops are available at most chemist. Take it as directed at the first signs of a cold or flu to help stop infection.


  • Lemon Thyme - Lemon Thyme tea with a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice will help ease sore throats, coughs and colds.

    To make the tea, add 1 cup of boiling water to a quarter cup of Lemon thyme sprigs. Let it steep, strain the tea and enjoy!
