Thrifty Bathroom Tips

  • BUILT UP SOAP RESIDUE

To remove built up soap, wash your shower door and bath with white vinegar. To keep it away wipe your shower doors down with a damp cloth and some lemon oil or fabric softener, then using a dry cloth, wipe the doors until it is streak fee.

I usually also squirt toilet sanitizer onto the door runner and scrub it down with an old toothbrush to get rid of any soapscum or mildew but if your prefer you can even use toothpaste to clean it up.

  • NO FOG

Try this, I didn't believe it would work......

Before you throw the last end of your cucumber away, rub it on your bathroom mirrors to prevent them from fogging up after your shower.

  • FOR GENERAL CLEANING

Fill a spraybottle with half water and hald white vinegar, add a few drops of essential oil (french vanilla, jasmine, virgin coconut oil or lavender for example), and use it around the house to wipe surfaces and also to freshen the air.
