How to Grow Herbs

Paprika

Paprika is best grown from seed. Save the seeds from your largest paprika fruit and sow it the following year.

Sow the seeds in seed trays in early Spring, so that the plants can be planted (50cm apart), when they are about 10cm tall.

Make sure they are planted in full sun, in well-composted soil. Water your Paprika plants well, twice a week.

As a Kitchen Herb

Paprika tastes great in salad, stir fries and over grilled meat or vegetables.

As Medicinal Herb

Paprika is loaded with vitamins and minerals - especially high in Vitamins A, C and beta carotene, which makes it a brilliant immune booster.
